Most Americans who seriously research retiring abroad run into the same problem. The internet is full of blog posts from individual expats describing their personal experiences, real estate agencies with a financial interest in where you buy, and travel writers who spent a few weeks somewhere and called it research.
What is much harder to find is straightforward, American-specific information about what it actually costs to live somewhere, what the residency process actually involves, how Social Security and pension income is treated under local tax rules, and which local professionals have real experience working with U.S. clients.

Global Relocate USA LLC was created by a U.S.-based real estate and financial professional who has spent years helping clients navigate complex property and financial decisions. Through that experience, it became clear that many Americans exploring retirement abroad were making life-changing decisions based on scattered or incomplete information.
The goal of this platform is simple: provide clear, country-neutral information and connect Americans with experienced local professionals when they are ready to move beyond research.
Who We Are
Global Relocate USA LLC is an independent relocation information and referral platform designed for Americans 50 and older who are seriously considering retirement abroad. We are U.S.-based, which means we start from the same place you do: understanding Social Security, Medicare, IRS filing obligations, and what it means to move retirement income abroad from an American legal and financial starting point.
We are not a real estate brokerage, law firm, immigration consultancy, or financial advisory firm. We do not participate in transactions or provide licensed professional services.
When users choose to work with professionals from our partner network, we may receive a disclosed referral fee. Our role is limited to providing information and introductions. Any professional engagement is solely between you and the service provider you choose.
Who We Serve

How We Work
The process begins with a short assessment that helps us understand your timeline, budget, and country interests. From there we provide orientation materials that explain the realities of living in specific destinations — including cost of living, residency pathways, property ownership rules, healthcare access, and other practical considerations.
When you are ready to move forward, we introduce you to vetted local professionals in the relevant country — attorneys, real estate agents, tax advisors, and other specialists who have experience working with American clients.
We charge for certain orientation resources and may receive referral fees when introductions result in a professional engagement. Both are disclosed clearly.
